Final plat map was submitted in April and is currently being reviewed. 2 existing commercial wells pump 350 GPM and have been certified to service the community. Legal work has begun for a water/metro district and an infrastructure bond which will be on the November 2019 ballot. Planning and engineering documents are available upon request. Preliminary grading has already been approved by the county. The plan currently calls for 229 two and a half acre lots to be developed in 5 phases. The RR-2.5 zoning allows for residential and some commercial uses, please refer to the El Paso County Land Development code for reference.
