Jerrod was our real estate agent in June and July 2022. We liked his ratings and he sure lived up to excellent... service. As we were relocating from another state to the greater Colorado Springs area, Jerrod would graciously go to homes we were interested in "seeing" and he would video the local streets and conduct a video walk through, describing various aspects, including any potential concerns. Finally we found a really nice home and he helped with the initial offer and more importantly the inspection period where he helped obtain quotes for various parts of the potential home repairs (roof, furnace, concrete, sewer, etc. His timely facilitated quotes for repairs and replacement helped our negotiations and adjusted offer of high 5 figures. Without Jerrod's construction knowledge, honesty/integrity, vendor recommendations, etc we would have likely overpaid during the volatile market period of June/July 2022. Jerrod's excellent service, availability, timely communications helped us close on a beautiful home and we can't be more thankful. JERROD MADE OUR DREAM COME TRUE!We completed our family a little over a year ago and had been wondering the... possibilities and what-ifs. One big possibility was to move out-of-state and set our roots there. When we finally set our sights in Colorado Springs, being from California, we had to accept some realities. Two of them being, not meeting our realtor in person and buying our new home sight-unseen. We found Jerrod online and we are beyond glad we did. He had an impressive website, filled with amazing testimonials and reviews. When we got in touch, Jerrod was very understanding of our situation and was willing to move at our pace. As we shared with him what we were looking for in a home, he made the necessary changes. When we were really interested in a home, he had no problem visiting the location to FaceTime and walkthrough. Jerrod really set the bar high, being beyond accommodating and informative.When we came across our new home, he had no problem doing a following day visit and working fast paced to help us make a serious offer. He didn’t let us settle for... anything other than what we wanted and he did not push us towards something we weren’t interested in either. Jerrod is a great realtor. He definitely takes his time, provides a lot of options, and has really good knowledge of... the neighborhoods and areas that would be a good fit for a prospective buyer. Jerrod was AMAZING!!!! He completely exceeded our expectations in a realtor! He’s was detailed, easy to get a hold of,... nice to be around, knowledgeable and worked hard for us. He was able to tell us what things would cost to fix, brought up good points we didn’t necessarily think of. He was great at negotiating, making sure not to scare off the sellers but still getting us a great deal. He fought for us to make sure we got everything we needed to feel secure in our new home. He made sure things were taken care of properly. He not only got up on the roof of the home we were buying to make sure the job was done but when it didn’t meet his standards he had them come back twice to get it done right. And while up on the roof he ended up cleaning our gutters! He was extremely on top of everything! He stayed intouch with our mortgage company to be sure to meet deadlines so our closing was right on time. He was available every time we called/text/emailed. He made sure we knew everything up front so there were no surprises. He is even staying in contact with us after closing to make sure we don’t have any questions or concerns. He was able to answer every question we had whether it was mortgage based or home repair cost. We really felt taken care of knowing he was on top of things for us.
